Technology is changing rapidly. We know that. What interests me is everything changing around it.

Artificial intelligence goes beyond simply introducing new tools; it is constantly reshaping how institutions make decisions, how knowledge is created, and how societies organise work, education and public life. Those changes rarely begin with algorithms, but with the people.

I research and write about AI governance, accessibility, education and the relationship between technology and society. The work is about how AI changes institutions, not only what the models can do.
