My work combines strategic thinking with practical implementation. I help people understand the problem clearly, make considered decisions and develop approaches that can work in practice.

AI Governance & Institutional Strategy

I work with organisations navigating the institutional consequences of adopting and governing artificial intelligence.

My work helps organisations examine how AI fits within existing governance structures, identify gaps between policy and practice, and develop approaches that connect AI adoption with accountability, accessibility, organisational risk and strategic priorities.

This can include governance reviews and readiness assessments, governance frameworks and operating models, policy and process development, strategic advisory work, and focused research and analysis.

AI Governance Capability & Education

Good AI governance depends on people understanding not only how AI systems are used, but what their use changes within an organisation.

I design and deliver learning that builds practical governance capability, from foundational AI governance literacy to programmes for teams responsible for adoption, oversight and implementation.

This can include leadership briefings, staff workshops, governance literacy programmes, curriculum and learning design, and bespoke educational resources.

I work primarily with universities and education providers, public and third-sector organisations, research and policy communities, and organisations developing their approach to AI adoption and governance.
